End of the Assessment Window and January 23rd PD

Staff,

A couple of reminders regarding the informal assessment window that ends this Friday. For data collection and progress monitoring purposes, record the lowest instructional level. Again here is the Assessment Calendar for your review, and your updated scores need to be uploaded into Skyward by the end of the day on Friday. Even though you are recording the lowest instructional level, you may be finding the upper level of the range for certain students to support their growth and to stretch them as readers. Below is the schedule for your PD on January 23rd. There could still be some adjustments made to this plan. At the bottom of this blog, I have included some Jan Richardson guided reading videos you may want to revisit when working on your guided reading lesson planning.
