As we wrap up the first month of school this week, it seems like a good time to revisit the pillars that drive our work:  why do we exit, what must we become, how will we behave to make it happen and what steps do we have to take to get there?

During the late start, I mentioned the SMARTgoal team's focus is to review PLC teams' products and set the plan for the next month. Remember to give your SMART team representative feedback, before Tuesday, on October products you feel your team should work on to move your PLC goals forward on what you want your students to learn, how will you know when they've learned it, what will you do when they already know it and what you will do if students have not learned it yet? You may want to look at the PLC process for some guidance on your next steps. Remember to add any products you want included for review at the Tuesday SMART Team meeting in the PLC Products table
